Chilli Chicken House

I had a great dinner at this restaurant introduced to me by my sister. It's located on Creditview Rd and Burnhamthorpe. A small place, the decor was dated but the food is awesome! I can't believe how busy it is wow... The corn soup is to die for! So good  Fish with black beans and sauce  Golden noodles with shrimps  This is so good, just delicious!

South 202 Restaurant in Milton

Our ladies tennis team had dinner at South 202, the food was amazing and classy.  There were so many delicious dishes, I have to share them with you! We started with an anti-pesto with bacquette.  Then I had the grilled Calamari tossed in brown butter, roasted red peppers, black olives and capers as my starter... For my main course I had the Fillet of Salmon, pan seared Atlantic Salmon with white wine caper butter sauce, so good! Lastly I had the Caramel Chocolate Mousse Cake with raspberry sauce!  The other ladies had these dishes... Escargot with wild mushrooms, shallots, spinach, tossed in roasted garlic and lemon.  European style shrimp, pan seared giant tiger shrimps with Spanish paprika with white wine butter cream.  Mussels with white wine cream butter sauce and curry sauce  Now is your mouth watering yet...give it a try, you won't me disappointed.

Olive Garden Buffalo Military Rd

My daughter and I had lunch today at the  Olive Garden while we were shopping at Buffalo. The food was so good and affordable.  I had the Seafood Fettucini Alfredo (scallops and shrimps) and my daughter had the plain Fettucini Alfredo.  The dish also included unlimited salad or soup and garlic bread, delicious! Applebee's Restaurant

My daughter and I had dinner at the Mavis Matheson location. We both thought it needed more flavor and seasoning. The food was satisfactory and the decor was pretty dated. The owner needs to step up and do a Reno, much needed! The worse thing that I noticed was our cutleries were so dirty! So I complained and I was given three sets of wrapped cutleries, they were all dirty! I had to finally clean off one set myself with the water I was given! Wow what an experience, not going back for sure. One positive thing I can say is that it's cheap and you can dine for two for either $25, $30, $40 and it includes an appetizer. Tasted like frozen Calamari rings! Worse I had so far.  Breaded Shrimps with fries and coleslaw  My daughter said it was awful, tasteless. Lime Chicken with Spanish rice and salsa No taste, the rice was dry, the salsa was bland and the chicken is not bad.  Like I said trial and error...not going back

Pickle Barrel

I tried the location in Sherway Gardens on Queensway. I had the Fried Chicken and Waffles for breakfast once, it was delicious! The chicken was moist and crispy, the jalapeño waffles was a little spicy but the maple butter syrup balanced it. Fried Chicken and Waffles, jalapeño corn waffles, maple butter The Second time I had the Spanish Paella for lunch. This dish was amazing! A must try for sure. It had flavored rice, mussels, black tiger shrimp, chicken, bell peppers, sausages, plum tomatoes, onion, zucchini, carrots and mushrooms.  Spanish Paella Images from Google
