South 202 Restaurant in Milton

Our ladies tennis team had dinner at South 202, the food was amazing and classy.  There were so many delicious dishes, I have to share them with you!

We started with an anti-pesto with bacquette.

Then I had the grilled Calamari tossed in brown butter, roasted red peppers, black olives and capers as my starter...

For my main course I had the Fillet of Salmon, pan seared Atlantic Salmon with white wine caper butter sauce, so good!

Lastly I had the Caramel Chocolate Mousse Cake with raspberry sauce!

The other ladies had these dishes...
Escargot with wild mushrooms, shallots, spinach, tossed in roasted garlic and lemon.

European style shrimp, pan seared giant tiger shrimps with Spanish paprika with white wine butter cream.

Mussels with white wine cream butter sauce and curry sauce

Now is your mouth watering yet...give it a try, you won't me disappointed.

Perogies

I heard the best brand of perogies are made by Supreme Perogies! So I had to try it for myself. I bought them at Starkys but you can also get them at Loblaws or No Frills. I had my own recipe to cook the perogies, it had carmelized onions and bacon, of course you have to eat with sour cream. It's an amazing dish! So good! Give it a try...
