This healthy breakfast called "Fit Slam" is delicious! Low calorie, scrambled egg whites with spinach and tomatoes, Turkey bacon, English muffin and fruits.

Back at this location again! The food and atmosphere, awesome! This is my third time here and never a disappointment. I took my friend to celebrate her Birthday. Spinach dip and bread  The best Calamari ever!  Bacon Cheddar Burger with fries, my friend said it's delicious.  Chicken tacos with fries and I loved it! For dessert we had chocolate caramel pudding, to die for! 

Took my friend and co-worker for her Birthday Friday April 24, 2015. This is my 2nd time but different location and it's good food! The portions are huge and filling.  The starter platter; it had short ribs, potato skins, spinach dip, fries and fried pickles! So good!  I had to have beef today! The Canadian Burger, had pea meal bacon and side of Caesar salad. Huge portion and I couldn't finish!  My friend had the roast beef sandwich with fries and side of fried pickle. She said it was delicious and huge.  And if it's you're celebrating your Birthday, you get a free dessert! It's a surprise dessert, different always! We had the vanilla, chocolate syrup, caramel and cookie sundae...yum! 

Yes I finally tried the new menu at Swiss Chalet (Heartland Centre). The Chicken Parmesan was really good! The portion is thick and huge. It comes with linguini pasta with tomato sauce and two slices of garlic bread. We had our Easter lunch here today, first time. It was just okay, I thought it had potential if they fix the small details. Service was slow, too dark, washrooms are dated, garlic mash was dry and the calamari needs better dipping sauce. But their butter is one of the best I've tasted! Overall The Keg beats Canyon Creek and I rate Canyon Creek a "6". Warm loaf and the butter so good Calamari our starter was good but the sauce needs improvement  Prime rib 12oz with garlic mash but you're only allowed one side I had the Cedar Plank Salmon with basmati rice and veggies, not bad, my salmon was over done but I asked for medium (pink inside)

I took my parents to the ErinMills and Eglinton location. It was so busy that day and they only had 3 servers! The service was slow and awful. The food was not bad and I had better.  My father had the Protein Platter  My mother and I had the Egg Spinach Florentine (Benedict) 

We went on vacation for 10 days to Montego Bay Jamaica! Not our favorite RIU but no snow so can't complain. The food and services were disappointing. The Steak House Mahoe Bay for dinner was better because the service was better and it's an ala carte. Their Calamari and salad bar was amazing! I wouldn't go back to this resort but the RIU Ocho Rios is still the best!  Our starter Calamari, Tempura veggies and Chicken wings  Cesar salad  Tilapia dinner  Rib eye  Cheese cake for dessert
