Aria Bistro & Lounge

Located in the heart of Brampton, North of Hw10, pass Queen St. Apparently this restaurant is owned by one of the Chefs at The Elliott House Culinary School. We went there for dinner and it's not one of my top 5. The Elliott is so much better because the taste, seasoning, flavor and ambiance...awesome!

Perogies

I heard the best brand of perogies are made by Supreme Perogies! So I had to try it for myself. I bought them at Starkys but you can also get them at Loblaws or No Frills. I had my own recipe to cook the perogies, it had carmelized onions and bacon, of course you have to eat with sour cream. It's an amazing dish! So good! Give it a try...

Becel Maple Mustard Salmon

You need 4 of 1/4lb Salmon fillets, 1/4 cup Becel Buttery Taste melted, 1/4 cup of Pure maple syrup, 4 tsp of Dijon mustard and 1 tsp of Low sodium soy sauce. This can be cooked in the oven at 425 degrees or BBQ on cedar planks (or in foil). Mix all ingredients together then pour over the salmon in a baking dish. Bake or BBQ for 12 minutes or until salmon flakes. Serve hot with extra sauce spooned on top. Give it a try, it's so good! Enjoy...

Domino's Pizza

If you don't want to cook, why not a take out? My husband and I love this pizza because the dough is sweet and it just tastes so much better! Give it a try... We usually have the large size with five toppings, bacon, sausage, pineapple, green peppers and pepperoni. Now are you not hungry yet? Come on just order...
