Sushi Anyone?

The following are the sushi places I've visited so far...

1)  My favorite is called "Wind" and "East Sushi" in St.Catherines (King St and Ontario St).  The best sushi I've ever had!  Awesome food for the price:
Teriyaki chicken and rice

Chicken Skewer with peanut sauce

Variety kinds of sushi rolls, so good! Sorry I don't have more photos, their calamari is one of the best and I crave it always!

2)  "Heart Sushi" (Heartland) and "Sushi Sushii" (Millcreek Rd/Erinmills Pkway) are my second favorites.
Heart Sushi is high tech, you order your food by using a computer tablet!  It's so cool.  It's pricey but good food and Sushi Sushi is cheaper but not high tech.  I guess you can't win them all.

Heart Sushi
Love their tea set up
Seaweed salad

Avocado rolls

Terriyaki salmon and lobster pizza

Egg plant, salmon and mussels Yum!

Shrimp curry with veggies

Mini Tiramisu

3)  "Prince Sushi" is my least favorite (near Cineplex Courtneypark/Hw10).  Food was just okay, pricey, small place and not high tech.

Rolls, Pad Thai, Shrimp tempura and Calamari

Perogies

I heard the best brand of perogies are made by Supreme Perogies! So I had to try it for myself. I bought them at Starkys but you can also get them at Loblaws or No Frills. I had my own recipe to cook the perogies, it had carmelized onions and bacon, of course you have to eat with sour cream. It's an amazing dish! So good! Give it a try...

Becel Maple Mustard Salmon

Love this recipe from the Chatelaine Magazine. We had a BBQ on the weekend and made this, it's delicious! You need 4 of 1/4lb Salmon fillets, 1/4 cup Becel Buttery Taste melted, 1/4 cup of Pure maple syrup, 4 tsp of Dijon mustard and 1 tsp of Low sodium soy sauce. This can be cooked in the oven at 425 degrees or BBQ on cedar planks (or in foil). Mix all ingredients together then pour over the salmon in a baking dish. Bake or BBQ for 12 minutes or until salmon flakes. Serve hot with extra sauce spooned on top. Give it a try, it's so good! Enjoy...

Domino's Pizza

If you don't want to cook, why not a take out? My husband and I love this pizza because the dough is sweet and it just tastes so much better! Give it a try... We usually have the large size with five toppings, bacon, sausage, pineapple, green peppers and pepperoni. Now are you not hungry yet? Come on just order...
